We understand that plans can change and things happen unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth functioning of our schedule and accommodate all our clients, please take note of our policies: LATE ARRIVALS - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. - A grace period of up to 7 minutes is provided in case of unexpected delays. - If a client arrives more than 7 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show. - No-show clients will need to reschedule their appointment for another available time slot. CANCELLATIONS - Clients are kindly requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a $15 cancellation fee. - Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will be marked as a no-show and charged the applicable fee. - No-show clients are required to pay the $15 fee before rescheduling their appointment We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policies to provide the best service to all our clients.
